Cancellation policy
How to cancel an order or the subscription and when you get your money back.
Unpaid orders
An order awaiting payment can be cancelled at any time from the account: "Orders and invoices" → "Cancel". The proforma invoice is cancelled too, and any credits used are returned to the balance. An order not paid by the due date (7 days) can no longer be paid; place a new one whenever you want.
Paid orders
- Consumers (individuals): you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the conditions in the Terms and conditions, section "Right of withdrawal". Send the request online from the "Withdrawal from the contract" page.
- Companies: paid access is not cancelled or refunded, except as provided in the contract or the accepted quote. For any problem, write to [email protected].
Dictionary subscription
Cancel it at any time in the app: "Dictionary" → "Subscription" → "Cancel the subscription". Access remains until the end of the paid month, and the next month is not charged.
Cancelled or declined card payments
If the payment was not completed, no money is taken and the order stays unpaid: you can pay it again or cancel it.
Refunds
When a refund is due, the money is returned within 14 days, using the same payment method (to the card, through NETOPIA, or to the bank account, by transfer). A matching credit note is issued.
