Withdrawal from the contract

For consumers: send your withdrawal request online, within 14 days of ordering.

Who can withdraw

If you are a consumer (an individual who bought for themselves), you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving a reason (GEO 34/2014). Companies do not have this right.

Please note: if, when ordering, you asked for access to start immediately and confirmed that you know you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, the right is lost once access to the digital content has begun or the service has been fully performed (art. 16 of GEO 34/2014).

How to withdraw

Fill in the form on this page and press "Send the withdrawal request".
You immediately receive an acknowledgement by email, with the date, time and request number. Keep it as proof.
We reply by email. If you are entitled to a refund, we return the money within 14 days of receiving the request, using the same payment method.
